| Qualification | Applicants must have completed their 10+2 education and hold either a Diploma/Certificate in Nursery Teacher Education Program or possess a B.Ed in Nursery. | ||||
| Step 1: | Ensure registration on DSSSB’s portal at https://dsssbonline.nic.in. Follow instructions in Annexure-II for registration. |
| Step 2: | Apply online through https://dsssbonline.nic.in from 09/01/2024 to 07/02/2024 (till 11:59 PM). |
| Step 3: | Read the INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLYING ONLINE carefully while filling the application form. |
| Step 4: | Submit application through Online Mode only. No other mode will be accepted. Avoid submissions by post, hand, mail, etc. |
| Step 5: | Opening date for submission: 09/01/2024. Closing date: 07/02/2024 (11:59 pm). |
| Step 6: | Submit applications well before the closing date to avoid last-minute issues. DSSSB is not responsible for delays. |
| Step 7: | Check and ensure correct details in the online application. No changes allowed once submitted. Candidates are responsible for any mistakes. |
| i. | Marks scored will be normalized using DSSSB's formula (Annexure-III) for final merit and selection. |
| ii. | Invalid questions won't be evaluated; marks will be prorated out of maximum marks. |
| iii. | Draft Answer Keys displayed on the website; objections accepted online within the stipulated time. |
| iv. | Minimum qualifying marks set for different categories; relaxation for Ex-servicemen. |
| v. | DSSSB reserves the right to prescribe a minimum cut-off mark for any post. |
| vi. | Equal marks: Section-B performance, age seniority, alphabetical order considered for merit. |
| vii. | Final selection based on Tier-I Exam performance, preferences, and eligibility as per Recruitment Rules (RRs). |
| viii. | Allocated preference is final and irreversible; no subsequent changes entertained. |
| ix. | Vacancies up to shortlisting considered for recruitment. |
| x. | Reserved category candidates not adjusted against general vacancies; separate recruitment for reserved posts. |
| xi. | Person with disability selected on merit can be appointed against an unreserved vacancy if suitable. |
| xii. | Provisional selection doesn't guarantee appointment; eligibility verification required. |
| xiii. | Applicants must ensure eligibility conditions; admission at all stages is provisional. |
