Recruitment of Experienced Professionals at E-1 Level in NFL-2024

NFL is looking for qualified, dynamic, and result-oriented experienced professionals with initiative for manning the following positions on a regular basis for its various Units, Offices, and Joint Ventures:

How to Apply

5. Steps in Application Process:
   1. Register on NFL's recruitment portal.
   2. Fill in details and read instructions carefully.
   3. Upload documents: photo, signature, certificates, etc.
   4. Preview and submit the application.
   5. Pay application fee online. No refunds.
6. Download and retain online application form, fee receipt, and admit card.
7. Ensure timely payment and submission to avoid last-minute issues.
8. All correspondence via registered email ID.

Shortlisting & Selection Process

1. Scrutiny of applications: Based on application and documents. Eligible candidates will be provisionally shortlisted for an interview.
2. Screening test: NFL may conduct a test in Delhi-NCR or other cities if there are many applications. No TA/boarding/lodging will be provided for the test.
3. Test details: If conducted, details will be on NFL's website.
4. Personal interview: Candidates must score a minimum of 50% marks. Interviews may be physical or via video conferencing.
5. Tie-breaking: In case of a tie in interview scores, marks in the qualifying exam or date of birth will determine merit.
6. Provisional interview call: Based on application information. Ineligible candidates or those without complete documents will not be allowed for an interview.
7. Travel reimbursement: E-5 to E-7 levels: Return air fare (economy) or 1st class AC rail fare. E-1 to E-4 levels: 2nd AC rail fare or bus fare. No TA for online exam.
8. Medical fitness: Selected candidates must provide a Medical Fitness Certificate before joining.
9. Posting: Selected candidates can be posted at any NFL unit/office or joint venture across India.
