Steps in Application Process:
Register on NFL's recruitment portal.
Fill in details and read instructions carefully.
Upload documents: photo, signature, certificates, etc.
Preview and submit the application.
Pay application fee online. No refunds.
Download and retain online application form, fee receipt, and admit card.
Ensure timely payment and submission to avoid last-minute issues.

Shortlisting & Selection Process
Scrutiny of applications: Based on application and documents. Eligible candidates will be provisionally shortlisted for an interview.
Screening test: NFL may conduct a test in Delhi-NCR or other cities if there are many applications. No TA/boarding/lodging will be provided for the test.
Test details: If conducted, details will be on NFL's website.
Personal interview: Candidates must score a minimum of 50% marks. Interviews may be physical or via video conferencing.
Tie-breaking: In case of a tie in interview scores, marks in the qualifying exam or date of birth will determine merit.
Provisional interview call: Based on application information. Ineligible candidates or those without complete documents will not be allowed for an interview.
Travel reimbursement: E-5 to E-7 levels: Return air fare (economy) or 1st class AC rail fare. E-1 to E-4 levels: 2nd AC rail fare or bus fare. No TA for online exam.
Medical fitness: Selected candidates must provide a Medical Fitness Certificate before joining.
Posting: Selected candidates can be posted at any NFL unit/office or joint venture across India.
