The Medical Health Services Recruitment Board (MHSRB) of Telangana has announced the recruitment for Pharmacist Grade II positions, with a total of 633 vacancies available. The online application process commenced on September 24, 2024. Candidates applying for the Pharmacist Grade II positions under MHSRB, Telangana, must meet specific educational qualifications. Generally, a diploma in pharmacy or a relevant degree is required to ensure candidates possess the necessary knowledge and skills for pharmaceutical care. Adherence to these qualifications is vital for successful participation in the recruitment process.
The application has to be made online on the MHSRB website.
Applicants should upload all required certificates. Original certificates must be produced for verification during scrutiny before finalizing the selection list.
Applications once submitted online shall be final.
Upon submission of the online form, a Reference ID Number will be generated. This number may be used for any future reference.
Applicants must compulsorily fill out all relevant columns of the application form carefully. The applicant alone is responsible for the information provided and any decisions made by the Board based on this information.
Incomplete or incorrect application forms will be rejected. Any information subsequently furnished by the applicant in any form will not be entertained by the Board under any circumstances.
Applicants must not provide any false, tampered, or fabricated particulars, nor suppress any material information while submitting the online application. The applicant may be liable for criminal action in such cases.

Applicants will be selected based on 100 points, which are allocated as follows:
Maximum of 80 points will be awarded for the percentage of marks obtained in the written examination (Computer Based Test).
Maximum of 20 points will be awarded for service in state government hospitals/institutions/programmes on a contract/outsourced basis.
Maximum of 20 points shall be awarded for service in state government hospitals/institutions/programmes for both contract and outsourced employees, detailed below:
2.5 points will be awarded per 6 months for service rendered in tribal areas.
2 points will be awarded per 6 months for service rendered in areas other than tribal areas.
Points will only be awarded for completed 6 months of service.
Points shall be awarded for service (contract/outsourced) rendered in state government hospitals/institutions/programmes as per certificates issued by competent authority (details provided in Annexure-II).
Applicants seeking experience certificates should apply to the respective competent authority. After obtaining the experience certificate, candidates must apply online for the posts and upload the experience certificate while applying.
Points for contract/outsourced service will be awarded only for service in the same category of the post for which the application is made. For example, a candidate applying for the Staff Nurse post will not receive weightage for previous service as ANM, even if qualified.
The proforma of application for seeking experience certificates is included as Annexure III.A. The proforma for issuing experience certificates by respective competent authorities is included as Annexures III-B & III-C.
Experience certificates not issued in the specified formats (Annexure III-B / III-C) will not be considered.
The date of notification shall be the cut-off date for calculating weightage marks, and competent authorities will issue experience certificates accordingly.
If more than one applicant scores the same marks, the candidate with the higher age will be assigned a better rank. If multiple candidates have the same marks and date of birth, the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination will be used to determine the rank.
