Position Details

Eligible and qualified candidates are invited to appear for a walk-in-interview for the position of Hospitality Monitor on a contractual basis under IRCTC East Zone. The contract period is for 2 years, extendable by 1 year based on requirement and satisfactory performance.

Collect feedback, analyze it, and make necessary corrections
Ensure implementation of statutory compliance or regulations as applicable
Supervise & educate staff on the efficient upkeep of equipment and devices
Coordinate with various departments, offices, and business partners
Any other responsibility assigned by IRCTC from time to time
