The starting salary for an IBPS RRB Clerk in 2024 is ₹19,900 per month. The pay scale ranges from ₹19,900–1000/1–20900–1230/3–24590–1490/4–30550–1730/7–42600–3270/1–45930–1990/1–47920. After deductions, the in-hand salary is approximately ₹31,818.65 per month. The annual package ranges from ₹3.75 lakhs to ₹4 lakhs.
