Coal India Limited (CIL) has made the available recruitment for Management Trainee through GATE-2024 score. The openings in the recruitment process are available in Mining, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, System as well as Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering disciplines. A total of 640 numbers of vacancies of Management Trainees open to merit candidates. Eligible interested applicants are invited to apply online on or before November 28, 2024. Such of the eligible applicants applying online will be shortlisted for engagement as Management Trainee in the E-2 Grade with good remuneration and other facilities during training and thereafter.

Eligibility for Coal India Ltd Management Trainee Recruitment: Applicants, who aspire to join Coal India Ltd in any of the aforementioned positions as Management Trainee, should hold a degree in one of the following engineering disciplines: Mining, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, System and Electronics & Telecommunication. Selection will be through GATE-2024 scores. The applicant's age must not exceed 30 years as on date of application. However, the condition for upper age relaxation shall be as provided under the Government of India rules. The shortlisted candidates would also be given their training in the E-2 grade carrying an initial basic pay of ₹50,000 per month which on successful completion of training and subsequent regularization be stepped up to the E-3 grade.
