Eligibility Criteria

• For Jr. Clerk-cum-Copyist, Jr. Typist, and Stenographer Grade-III:
  • Passed +3 examination or equivalent
  • Diploma in Computer Application
  • Age: 18-32 years
  • Proficient in Oriya
  • Good character and health
  • Single spouse if married
  • Citizen of India
  • Govt. servants need NOC
• For Junior Typist:
  • Typing speed: 40 wpm in English
• For Stenographer Grade-III:
  • Shorthand: 80 wpm
  • Typing speed: 40 wpm in English
• For Salaried Amin:
  • Passed matriculation or equivalent
  • Revenue Inspector Training
  • Age: 18-32 years
  • Proficient in Oriya
  • Good character and health
  • Single spouse if married
  • Citizen of India
  • Govt. servants need NOC

• Candidates must submit applications in Form-A with full signature.
• Clearly mention the post applied for (in capital letters and underlined) on the envelope.
• Non-compliance with any requirement will lead to rejection of the application.
• Defective, incomplete, or late applications will be rejected.
• District Recruitment Committee may shortlist candidates as per relevant rules.
• Submit separate applications for each post, mentioning the post name clearly on the envelope.

• No Travelling Allowance is provided to candidates.

• Self-attested certificates and mark sheets of H.S.C, +2, and +3 examinations.
• Conversion certificate for grade marks if applicable.
• Self-attested Diploma in Computer Application certificate.
• Self-attested caste certificate (SC/ST/SEBC) with candidate's signature.
• Two original character certificates from gazetted officers.
• Three self-attested recent passport size photographs (one on application).
• Three self-addressed envelopes with Rs. 30 postage stamps.
• Declaration of marital status (if married).
• Self-attested Employment Exchange Registration card.
• For Jr. Typist: Self-attested typing certificate.
• For Stenographer Grade-III: Self-attested shorthand and typing certificate.
• Self-attested medical certificate (for physically/orthopedically handicapped candidates).
