Submission of Application: Interested candidates should submit their application in the prescribed format (Annexure-III) along with self-attested required documents. The application must be enclosed in a sealed cover superscribed "Application for the post of Gram Rozgar Sevak (GRS) of NUAPADA District" and addressed to the CDO-cum-EO, Zilla Parishad, Nuapada, At/PO/District-Nuapada, Odisha, Pin-766105. Applications should be sent via Registered or Speed Post only, ensuring they reach the office on or before 23.09.2024.
Incomplete Applications: Any application found incomplete or lacking required documents, including a missing signature, will be rejected. Legal action will be taken against candidates who submit false or fabricated documents. The date of the examination will be communicated later, and all original documents must be presented during verification.
Submission Deadline: Ensure that the application reaches the Office of the CDO-cum-EO, Zilla Parishad, Nuapada, by Registered or Speed Post only, no later than 23.09.2024 before 5:30 PM.
Authority’s Rights: The Collector-cum-CEO, Zilla Parishad, Nuapada, reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all applications without providing a reason.
Reservation Certificates: Candidates claiming reservation under SEBC/SC/ST or Persons with Disabilities (PwD) must produce relevant caste or PwD certificates issued by competent authorities.
Academic Certificates: Submit certificates and mark sheets of the qualifying examinations.
Odia Language Certificate: Provide a certificate of passing Odia as a language in the final examination of Class-VII from any School/Educational Institution in Odisha or the Central Government, or a certificate of passing a test in Odia language in Middle School standard examination conducted by the School and Mass Education Department, Odisha.
Ex-Servicemen: Submit a discharge certificate or documents supporting service rendered in defense services.
Sportspersons: Provide a certificate issued by the Sports & Youth Services Department if claiming reservation as a sportsperson.
Equivalency Certificate: Submit an equivalency certificate from the Institutions/Board/Council declared equivalent by the Council of Higher Secondary Education for the requisite qualification in the application form.
