Sportspersons: Provide a certificate issued by the Sports & Youth Services Department if claiming reservation as a sportsperson.
Equivalency Certificate: Submit an equivalency certificate from the Institutions/ Board/ Council declared equivalent by the Council of Higher Secondary Education for the requisite qualification in the application form.
