Click on “Registration for New Users” to start by providing your Name, Post Applied For, Date of Birth, Email ID, and Mobile Number.
After registration, you will receive a password via SMS on your registered mobile number and a user ID via email.
Log in by clicking “Sign In for Existing Users” and entering your user ID and password to access the application form.
Fill in the required details and submit the application. Once the application fee is paid, you can view your complete application with your photo, a confirmation message, and an Application Sequence Number for future reference.
It is mandatory to select the requested post during registration; otherwise, the application will not be accepted.
Pay the application fee online only. Ensure payment is completed before the final deadline to avoid network issues. KGMU will not be responsible for outages.
Once submitted and the fee paid, no edits can be made. Ensure all details are correct before submission. Keep your Application Sequence Number and Password safe for future activities, such as downloading admit cards and checking results.
No documents or printed copies of the application need to be sent by post. However, keep a printed copy for personal records.
The test and city center will be assigned by KGMU, Lucknow.
Applications without the required fee, documents, or information as per the entrance notification will be rejected. Fill out the form carefully, as no changes will be entertained later.
