• Training Period:
  • One-year training with a lump sum stipend of Rs. 30,000/- per month.
  • Free lodging at company’s hostel in Trombay/Thal.

• Selection Process: Online Test and Personal Interview
• Online Test:
  • Computer-based objective type test.
  • Test centers in various cities across India.
  • Test in Hindi and English.
  • No change in examination center/venue/date/session allowed post submission.
  • SC/ST/PwBD candidates reimbursed for travel expenses.
  • Two parts: Discipline related and Aptitude related (90 minutes, 100 questions).
  • Negative marking for wrong answers.
  • Date and call letter details on RCF website.
  • Download call letters using Registration Number/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth.
  • Bring call letter, photo ID, and a photocopy of the ID to the exam center.
  • Reporting late will result in disqualification.
• Personal Interview:
  • Based on online test performance, candidates shortlisted in 1:7 ratio.

  • Reimbursement for outstation candidates for travel expenses.
  • Eligibility and document verification before the interview.
• Final Selection:
  • Merit list based on online test (80%) and interview (20%).

Important Points to be Noted Before Registration

• Before applying online, candidates should:
  • Scan their:
    • Photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm)
    • Signature (with black ink)
    • Left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink)
    • Handwritten declaration (on white paper with black ink) with the text:
  • The text for the handwritten declaration is:
    "I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required."
  • Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted.
  • Left thumb impression should be properly scanned and not smudged. (If a candidate does not have a left thumb, they may use their right thumb.)
  • Handwritten declaration must be in the candidate’s handwriting and in English only. (Visually Impaired candidates who cannot write may get the text typed and put their left-hand thumb impression below the typed declaration.)
  • Keep necessary details/documents ready for online payment of the requisite application fee/intimation charges.
  • Have a valid personal email ID and mobile number, which should be kept active till the completion of the recruitment process. Bank may send intimation to download call letters for the examination, etc., through the registered email ID. If a candidate does not have a valid personal email ID, they should create a new email ID and mobile number before applying online and must maintain that email account and mobile number.
