Power Finance Corporation Ltd. (PFC) is a Maharatna CPSE under the administrative control of the Ministry of Power, Govt. of India. PFC provides financial assistance to various entities in the power sector. Geared up to meet the challenges faced by the Power Sector, PFC invites applications from dynamic, committed, self-motivated, and experienced professionals to be recruited on a purely fixed-term basis for a period of 5 years. Explore the post-wise details of the vacancies given below.

Power Finance Corporation Ltd. (PFC) is offering the following monthly emoluments on a consolidated basis based on the levels and minimum post-qualification experience:

  1. Level L1: Minimum 3 Years Experience - ₹65,000/-
  2. Level L2: Minimum 6 Years Experience - ₹90,000/-
  3. Level L3: Minimum 10 Years Experience - ₹1,25,000/-

  1. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in handling CSR works related to community development, environmental projects, etc.
  2. Experience in works related to Civil engineering, Renewable energy, Rural development, Health education, IT, Procurement/Biding is desirable.
Coordinator (RDSS)-I/L3 01 (UR-01) B.E./B.Tech. (Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Production / Power / Energy or any combination of these specializations)
  1. Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in Utility scale IT projects for implementation of ERP or Billing/MDM integration.
  2. Knowledge of various communication technologies for smart metering, cloud-based applications, etc.
  3. Implementing Utility scale IT projects for implementation of ERP or Billing/MDM integration.
Coordinator (RDSS)-II/L3 01 (UR-01)
  1. Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in field implementation of Smart Meters/Supply chain of meters/HES & MDM integration.
  2. Past experience in at least one or more areas of - Design/Implementation/Operations of Smart Metering/AMR/AMI projects.
  3. Knowledge of various communication technologies for smart metering, cloud-based applications, etc.
  4. Implementing Smart Meters/Supply chain of meters/HES & MDM integration.
Coordinator (RDSS)-III/L3 01 (UR-01)
  1. Minimum 10 years of post-qualification sectoral experience in Quality Assurance, Inspections, Testing, and Quality monitoring of projects/utilities in the power sector.
  2. Experience in handling distribution Project monitoring/Implementation/Quality Assurance, Material & Field Quality Inspection, Energy Audit & Accounting, Project designing & Appraisal.
  3. Well conversant with technical specifications, SBDs/contract documents, BIS/IEC standards of various equipment/materials in the power distribution sector.
  4. Preference: Experience in Power Distribution Sector/projects.
Coordinator (RDSS)-IV/L3 01 (OBC(NCL)-01)
  1. Minimum 10 years of post-qualification Design/Implementation/Operations of SCADA projects in the power sector.
  2. Experience in handling technical specifications in IT systems, DMS, SCADA, associated Hardware requirement, and Knowledge of Indian/International standards for SCADA/DMS equipment.
  3. Knowledge of Standard operating procedures for SCADA/DMS projects as well as an understanding of Operations Management of the Distribution system.
  4. Preference: Experience in Power Distribution Sector/projects.
Coordinator (RDSS)-V/L3 01 (UR-01)
  1. Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in handling end-to-end training and capacity building activities.
  2. Experience in training need analysis, course content design, impact assessment of training, feedback analysis, empanelment of training institutes, knowledge sharing platforms in training, program execution, etc.
  3. Preference: Experience in Power Sector.
Coordinator (RDSS)-I/L2 19 (UR-09, OBC-05, SC-03, ST-01, EWS-01) B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics & Communication/IT/CS)
  1. Minimum 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in coordination/monitoring/implementation of large-scale power projects in the Power Distribution sector.
  2. Desirable: Experience of IT implementation in State power distribution sector.
  3. To coordinate with Utilities in the implementation of Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme Projects.
