POWERGRID Apprenticeship Terms and Conditions

Eligibility Criteria: Full-time regular degree/diploma from a recognized institute. Must have passed within 2 years (09.09.2022 to 08.09.2024). No prior apprenticeship or more than 1 year of job experience. Must be 18 or older.
Documents Required: NAPS/NATS registration, educational certificates, proof of age, caste certificate (if applicable), DBT-enabled bank details, and recent photograph/signature.
Application Process: Register on NAPS/NATS, then apply online at POWERGRID’s website. No application fee or examination required.
Selection: Merit-based. Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email for document verification. No TA/DA provided.
Training Details: 1-year duration. Stipend of Rs 4000 (Diploma) or Rs 4500 (Engineering). HRA of Rs 2500 if accommodation is not provided. 12 days Casual Leave and 15 days Medical Leave allowed.
Conduct and Confidentiality: Adhere to POWERGRID’s code of conduct. Any intellectual property created belongs to POWERGRID. Non-compliance may result in termination.
Liability: POWERGRID is not responsible for injuries, theft, or losses during the apprenticeship.
