Ordnance Factory Bhandara Invites Application for Danger Building Worker on Tenure Basis. 94 Vacancies. Apply Offline. For the candidates who are eligible for Danger Building Worker position may download the application from the website of Ordnance Factory Bhandara and apply along with all required documents, to the address as given below, on or before 23rd November 2024. The listed candidates will be deployed against Danger Building Worker post with scale of pay and other allowances admissible as per norms specified in the recruitment notification.

Qualification for the Post: Danger Building Worker

Applications for the post of Danger Building Worker, ITI qualification with NCTVT, shall be paid according to a scale and their remuneration will receive an annual increase at a rate of 3% if the candidate performs satisfactorily. There will also be HRA and central DA. The period-based engagement will be accompanied by eligibility for EPF, provision under the Employee's Compensation Act, and a bonus according to respective acts.

Mode of Selection

• Selection Criteria: Candidates will be selected based on the marks obtained in the NCTVT and Trade Test/Practical Test, in the order of merit.
• Trade Test Details: The Trade Test will be conducted at Ordnance Factory Bhandara. The test will be of 100 marks.
• Merit List: A merit list will be prepared based on the combined marks obtained in the NCTVT Exam and Trade Test/Practical Test.
• Weightage of Marks: The weightage of marks in the NCTVT Exam and Trade Test/Practical Test will be 80% and 20%, respectively.
• Document Verification: Candidates who qualify in the NCTVT and Trade Test/Practical Test will be called for Document Verification in order of merit.
• Combined Merit List: A combined merit list will be prepared for candidates trained in AOCP at Ordnance factories and other institutes.
