Mechanical ME Full Time / Part Time Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical & Production Engineering.
Electrical EE Full Time / Part Time Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Power Engineering.
Civil CE Full Time / Part Time Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Civil & Structural Engineering.
Computer CS Full Time / Part Time Bachelor degree in Computer Science Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a Full Time/ Part Time PG Degree in Computer Applications.
Mining MN Full Time / Part Time Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering.
Minimum Qualifying Percentage of Marks:
- 60% for UR/EWS/OBC (NCL) candidates
- 50% for SC/ST candidates
Notes:
i) Applicants must hold the specified qualifications to be eligible.
ii) Qualifications deemed equivalent or comprising a blend of different branches will not be considered.
iii) All qualifications must be acquired from Indian Universities/Institutes recognized by UGC or AICTE (whichever is applicable) or any other appropriate statutory authority in India.
iv) SC/ST/OBC (NCL) candidates can apply for UR vacancies if no reservation is available for their category, provided relaxation in minimum qualifying percentage does not apply to them for unreserved vacancies.
v) In cases where only Grades (GPA/CGPA/CQPI) are awarded without percentage of marks, they should be converted to exact equivalent percentage.
vi) Rounding of percentage (%) will not be accepted; therefore, only marks above 60% for UR/EWS/OBC (NCL) & 50% for SC/ST will be considered.

Post Grade Pay Scale CTC per annum (approx.)
Graduate Executive Trainee E-2 INR 50,000 – 1,60,000 INR 13.32 Lakhs

Upon successful completion of training:

Grade Scale of Pay Basic Pay (per month) Additional Benefits
E-3 INR 60,000-1,80,000 INR 60,000 Performance Related Pay annually
Superannuation benefits (30% of Basic Pay + DA)

Additionally, eligible candidates will receive Performance Related Pay annually, medical treatment for themselves and dependents, Group Insurance, and may be provided eligible unfurnished residential accommodation at standard rent in Company Townships, subject to availability.
