Selection Parameters:

Selection Criteria Weightage
Interview 100% (Technical & Professional proficiency - 65%; Personality Communication & Competency – 35%)
  1. A minimum of 60% marks for UR/EWS (50% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD against reserved posts) in the interview is required for placement on the panel.
  2. No minimum qualifying marks are required in the aggregate.
  3. Candidates must produce copies of claimed educational qualification and experience for verification from the original documents at the appropriate stage.
  4. Candidates have the option to appear for the interview in either Hindi or English.
  5. Appointment of selected candidates is subject to their being found medically fit in the Medical Examination conducted as per RITES Rules and Standards of Medical Fitness for the relevant post.
  6. Candidates have the option to appear for the interview in either Hindi or English.

Application Instructions:

Ensure satisfaction of necessary conditions and requirements for the position.
  1. Apply online on the RITES website in the provided registration format.
  2. Note the generated 'Registration No.' for future communication with RITES Ltd.
  3. Fill identity proof details carefully and correctly during the online application.
  4. After submission, keep a copy of the application form and carry it during the selection process.
  5. Print, sign, and submit the online application form with self-attested scanned copies of required documents (if called).
  6. Bring original documents on the day of the interview.
  7. Attach copies of experience certificates and proofs for claims made in the application.
  8. Submit proof of CTC/salary with the last Form No. 16/earning card/salary slip/appraisal letter.
  9. Ensure community certificates (SC/ST/OBC) are in the prescribed format by the Government of India.
  10. Upload documents on the RITES portal; do not send hard copies through post/courier.
  11. Produce original testimonials/documents during the selection process (if called).
  12. Applications without supporting documents by the due date may not be considered.
  13. Mere application or appearing in the selection process does not guarantee selection.
  14. Submit only one application for one vacancy; it cannot be altered once submitted.
  15. Provide accurate details; any suppression may lead to forfeiture of candidature.
  16. Incorrect claims will result in the summary rejection of candidature.
