Selection process Selection process includes Computer Based Test, Group Task, Personal Interview, etc. as per position requirements. All eligible candidates may be called for Computer Based Test. Computer Based Test consists of General Aptitude and Technical/Professional Knowledge. Shortlisted candidates may upload supporting documents. Shortlisted candidates undergo Group Task and/or Personal Interview. Candidates must meet minimum qualifying marks in each stage. Final selection based on merit list, interviews, and vacancies. Pre-employement medical exam Appointment subject to candidate's medical fitness as per HPCL standards. Pre-Employment Medical Examination required in HPCL nominated hospitals. Placement/ posting Posting can be in any SBU/Division/Department nationwide, involving shift duties. Probation & retention Probation: One year, followed by confirmation per company policy. Retention Amount: Rs. 5000/month deducted for 6 months, refundable upon confirmation. Reservations, concessions & relaxations Reservations: SC, ST, OBCNC, EWS, PwBD as per Government Directives and Supreme Court judgments.
