2. Stenographer (Class III) (Mode d) Total Clearcut Post(s)- 01 Pay Level 11 (Rs. 38,500-1,22,700/- of the Pay Matrix)
  1. Graduation with 03 (Three) years' experience as Steno-Typists or Judgment Writers or Stenographer in any Government office or reputed organization.
  2. Candidates must have a speed of 100 W.P.M., in English Stenography and accurate transcription.
  3. Typing speed in English at 50 W.P.M. on computers with a separate test.
  4. The time for dictation and typing test shall be ten (10) minutes each.
3. Junior Scale Stenographer (Class-III) (Mode-b) (Regular) Total Clearcut Post(s)- 02 Pay Level 7 (Rs. 28,900-91,600/- of the Pay Matrix)
  1. Graduation with 03 (Three) years' experience as Steno-Typist or Junior Scale Stenographer or on a higher post in any Government organization or any other reputed organization.
  2. Candidates must have a speed of 90 W.P.M. in English Stenography and accurate transcription.
  3. Typing speed in English at 45 W.P.M. on computers with a separate test.
  4. The time for the dictation and typing test shall be ten (10) minutes each.
4. Assistant Librarian (Class-III) (Mode c) (Regular) Total Clearcut Post(s)- 01 Pay Level 09 (Rs. 35,600-1,12,800 of the Pay Matrix)
  1. Master Degree in Library Science or Bachelor Degree in Library Science with 3 years' experience as Library Attendant or above.
  2. 3 years' experience is required only for the person possessing only a Bachelor Degree in Library Science, whereas there will be no requirement of any experience in the case of candidates possessing a Master's Degree in Library Science.
  3. The test will be conducted as per Schedule IV, Part-l of R&P Rules, 2015.
5. Peon (Class-IV) (Mode a) (Regular) Total Clearcut Post(s)- 09 Pay Level-1 (Rs. 18,000-56,900/- of the Pay Matrix)
  1. Matriculation or equivalent
  2. As per Rule 6(19) of the R&P Rules, 2015, candidates will be called in the ratio of 1:3 for Document Verification (DV) on the basis of merit of minimum educational qualification.
  3. Merit will be calculated as per the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed educational qualification, and 15 marks will be awarded based on documents attached/mentioned in Schedule IV, Part-I of R&P Rules, 2015.

  2. Before applying online, review "The H.P. High Court Officers and the Members of Staff (Recruitment, Promotion, Conditions of Service, Conduct, Appeal) Rules, 2015" on the High Court website.
  3. Ensure eligibility in terms of category, experience, age, and essential qualifications mentioned in the R&P Rules 2015 and the advertisement notice. Upload necessary documents to avoid rejection.
  4. The number of vacancies may change due to administrative exigencies.
  5. Candidates must be citizens of India with requisite educational qualifications as per R&P Rules 2015.
  6. Examination fee: Rs. 340/- for General category, Rs. 190/- for reserved categories. Pay only through online mode.
  7. Age should be between 18 to 45 years. Relaxation applicable for specified categories.
  8. Communication regarding exams will be through SMS/Email. Provide working contact details in the online application.
  9. The High Court reserves the right to change terms of advertisement or rectify errors.
  10. Candidates already in government service should submit an advance copy of the application with NOC.
  11. Posts de-reserved if EWS candidate not available.
