Age Criteria and Qualifications
Applications have been invited by High Court of Telangana for the engagement of Law Clerks on contract basis in 33 numbers in High Court for a period of one year. The enrolled candidates will work with the Hon'ble Judges in High Court or in the Telangana State Judicial Academy. Candidates willing to opt for this job must match with the eligibility criteria and should submit offline applications at the earliest before 23-11-2024. Applicants are eligible for the post of Law Clerk if they possess a 3/5-year Law Degree from an accepted university. The candidate's degree should have been accomplished within two years of the notification date. Candidates shall not exceed 30 years of age as on 01-06-2024. Candidates should also not be pursuing any other course or occupation during their engagement period. The candidate must be well conversant with computer applications such as Manupatra, LexisNexis, and Westlaw legal research tools. Candidates eligible to apply are only Indian citizens.
