Work Location: Greater Chennai Corporation limits.
Contract Period: 11 months, purely temporary.
No Permanency: No claim for permanency in the contractual job.
Employer: Chennai City Urban Health Mission.
Termination Rights: The administration may terminate the contract without specifying a reason.
Agreement Requirement: Selected candidates must enter into an agreement with the Mission.

Character Certificate from a Government Officer (recent, within 3 months).
Character Certificate from the Head of Institution attended or currently attending.
If applicable, disability certificate from Block Medical Officer.

No Objection Certificate (if applicable).

Physical fitness certificate for camp life.
Working Hours: Urban Primary Health Centre: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Selection Criteria: Based on scoring criteria outlined in Government Orders for Urban Health and Wellness Centres.
