Job Selection and Application Details

Mode of Selection for Stenographers Gr.III: Candidates must pass a test at a speed of 80 W.P.M. in English Shorthand and 20 W.P.M. in Transcription, with proficiency in computers (word processing and spreadsheets).

Date and Place of Examination/Test: Information regarding the examination/test date and place will be uploaded on the official website of District Courts, Faridabad (https://districts.ecourts.gov.in/Faridabad). Candidates are responsible for checking updates regularly on the website after the application submission deadline.

Application Procedure: Separate applications for each post on plain paper must include the name of the post applied for, a recent passport-size photograph, complete particulars (Name, Father's/Husband's Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Caste, Educational Qualification, Experience, Permanent address, Present postal address, Nationality, Contact Number). Submit the application to the office of District and Sessions Judge, District Court Complex, Sector-12, Faridabad, either by registered post or by hand before the closing date (12.02.2024 by 05:00 P.M.). Applications via email will not be entertained.

Incomplete Applications: Applications lacking essential details, such as the post applied for, date of birth, educational qualification, photograph, or without attested copies of relevant certificates, will be rejected without intimation. The rejection list will be uploaded on the office's website.

Government Employees: Candidates working in Government Departments, Semi-Government, Corporations, or Boards must apply through the proper channel.

Reserved Categories: Persons with Disabilities (PWD) should mention their category for the reserved posts. Reserved category candidates (BC-A, BC-B & SC) must attach a self-attested copy of their caste certificate with their application forms.

Travel Allowance: No TA/DA is admissible for candidates appearing in written tests, stenography tests, or computer proficiency tests for the mentioned posts.
