Selection Procedure

  1. Application and Admit Card

    All candidates who submit an ONLINE application with requisite fees before the closing date will be issued an admit card for the written exam without checking eligibility conditions.

  2. Answer Key Submission

    After the written test, the answer key will be uploaded on the website for submission of objections by the candidates.

  3. Marks Upload

    Marks obtained by the candidates in the written test will be uploaded on the website.

  4. Merit Determination

    If two or more candidates have the same marks, the candidate with higher marks in B.Ed will rank higher in the merit. If not resolved, the senior candidate in age will rank higher.

  5. Merit List and Document Scrutiny

    Merit list based on written test marks will be uploaded on the website. Candidates will be called for scrutiny of original documents and checking of eligibility conditions.

  6. Initial Round of Scrutiny

    In the first round, candidates called for scrutiny will be three times the number of posts under each category.

  7. Final Merit List

    List of selected candidates will be prepared based on total marks obtained in the Objective Type Test (Part-A, Part-B). The final merit list will be released after checking eligibility conditions and ICT skill training certificates.

  8. Provisional Appointment

    Provisional Appointment letters will be issued to the selected candidates after checking/verification of eligibility conditions and all documents, including ICT skill training certificates.
