Application Fee: Enclose a non-refundable demand draft in favor of The Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot payable at Faridkot:
- General Category: Rs. 1770 (Fee Rs. 1500 + GST Rs. 270 @ 18%)
- SC Category: Rs. 885 (Fee Rs. 750 + GST Rs. 135 @ 18%)
Number of Posts: The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or not fill any posts at any stage without providing reasons.
Age Limit: As of January 1, 2024, Senior Residents should not exceed 45 years of age. Candidates above 45 may be considered if no adequate eligible candidates are available.
Documents Required: Submit the application with self-attested copies of certificates for date of birth, residence, marks sheet, degree, experience, etc., and attach the Demand Draft.
Qualifications: Possess the required qualifications and experience at the time of the walk-in interview.
Current Employees: Applications from candidates already in service must be routed through the proper channel.
Registration: Permanent registration from Punjab Medical Council or Medical Council of India is required.
False Documents: Selection based on forged or false documents will lead to termination and legal or departmental action.
Language Requirement: Knowledge of Punjabi up to matriculation standard is required. If not known, it must be acquired within six months of joining.
