A) Online Application: Candidates must apply for the preliminary examination online through the website https://apscrecruitment.in. No other mode of application submission is valid.
B) Application Period: Online applications can be submitted from 12:00 Noon, 17th January 2024, to 6th February 2024, till 5:00 PM. The last date for fee payment is 8th February 2024, till 5:00 PM.
C) Eligibility Conditions: Candidates must ensure they fulfill all eligibility conditions for examination admission. Admission at all examination stages (Preliminary, Main, Personality Test) is provisional and subject to satisfaction of eligibility conditions.
D) Choice of Examination Centre: Candidates should carefully decide the choice of the examination centre while submitting the application form. Sitting at a different centre/venue than indicated may lead to disqualification.
E) Government Service: Candidates already in government service must submit an undertaking about their application to their Head of Office/Department. Applications may be rejected if permission is withheld by the employer.
F) Persons with Benchmark Disabilities:
(i) Persons with disabilities may request a scribe if needed. A certificate must be submitted from the Chief Medical Officer/Civil Surgeon/Medical Superintendent.
(ii) Scribe qualification should be matriculate or above.
NOTE: Submit only one application. In case of multiple submissions, the last application will be considered. The fee paid for one Application Number cannot be adjusted against another.
