Qualification for AIIMS, Bathinda Senior Resident (Non-Academic) Recruitment 2024

Senior Resident (Non-Academic) positions at AIIMS Bathinda require a postgraduate degree (MD/MS/DNB) for medical candidates or a Master’s degree/Ph.D. for non-medical candidates in the relevant specialty or discipline. The pay scale for Senior Residents is set at Pay Level – 11 of the Pay Matrix according to the 7th CPC, with an entry pay of ₹67,700/- per month plus NPA (for medical candidates) and usual allowances. NPA is applicable only for medical candidates.

Selection Procedure: AIIMS, Bathinda Senior Resident (Non-Academic) Recruitment 2024

  1. Short-Listing: Candidates will be short-listed based on bio-data. Short-listed candidates may be called for an interview or a written examination, depending on the number of applicants.
  2. Interview/Examination: Selection will be based on interview or written examination. In case of a large number of applicants, a screening test may be conducted. The syllabus and method for the screening test will be posted on the AIIMS, Bathinda website.
