1. The deputation tenure is initially two years, extendable based on approval.
2. Staff Nurse recruitment is subject to the outcome of pending court petitions.
3. Previous applicants for Staff Nurse positions (Ads: 01/2022, 03/2022, 02/2023) need not reapply.

How to Apply: AIIA Staff Nurse, Pharmacist & Other

1. The application process is available only through ONLINE mode on the AIIA Recruitment Portal: https://www.aiiarecruitment.org.
2. Complete a one-time registration on the Recruitment Portal with a valid mobile number and e-mail ID.
3. Create a candidate profile by providing necessary information and uploading required documents.
4. Apply for a specific post by filling post-specific details. Upon successful payment of the Application Fee, a confirmation will be sent to your registered mobile and email.
5. No physical submission of documents or application form is required. However, keep a copy of the online application form and proof of payment for your records.
6. For multiple post applications, submit separate forms for each.
7. Ensure timely completion of the online application submission; late submissions will not be considered.
8. Verify that your recent Photo and Signature are clearly visible in the online application preview. Resubmit if necessary to meet prescribed norms.

Mode of Selection:

1. Examination scheme and syllabus for non-faculty posts will be notified on the AIIA website.
2. Reserved category candidates selected on merit won't be adjusted against reserved vacancies.
3. SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and PwBD candidates may be accommodated based on their overall merit position.
4. Benchmark disability candidates may be appointed against reserved vacancies if qualified under general standards.
5. Ex-Servicemen and benchmark disability candidates may be recommended at relaxed standards to fill reserved quotas.
6. Success in the examination does not guarantee appointment; suitability is determined after necessary enquiry.
7. Candidates must ensure they meet eligibility conditions; admission is provisional and subject to verification.
8. Mobile phones and electronic gadgets are banned at examination centers; possession is considered unfair means.
9. Candidates must carry a photo-bearing identity proof (e.g., Driving License, Voter Card) to the examination center.
