UPSC CMS Recruitment 2025: Vacancy Details

UPSC has released the CMS Exam 2025 notification for 705 posts. The salary starts at ₹56,100 (Level 10) under the 7th CPC, with NPA and allowances. Candidates must meet eligibility criteria, which will be verified later.

Qualification for the Post: UPSC CMS Medical Officers

The candidates applying for the UPSC CMS 2025 must hold a recognized MBBS degree from an accredited institution in India. Those who are currently appearing for their final MBBS examination are also eligible to apply, but they must provide proof of qualification at the time of verification.

Photo Instruction:
Ensure that the candidate's name and the date of the photograph are clearly visible on the image.
One Time Registration (OTR):
To apply for the Combined Medical Services Examination (CMSE) 2025 conducted by UPSC, completing the One Time Registration (OTR) is mandatory. Applications without OTR will not be accepted.
Application Period:
The online application for UPSC CMSE 2025 is open from 19 February 2025 to 11 March 2025.
Examination Centers:
Since the number of exam centers is limited, candidates should apply early to secure their preferred city. If a city appears in red while selecting the exam center, it indicates that the location is full.
Final Submission:
Once the application process is completed, take a printout of the final submission for future reference.

How to Fill UPSC CMSE 2025 Online Form

Application Guidelines: Detailed instructions for completing the online application are available on the official website.
Application Stages: The online application consists of four stages:
- Part-I: One-Time Registration (OTR) Profile
- Part-II: Application Form
- Part-III: Detailed Application Form (DAF)
- Part-IV: Fee Payment, Photograph & Signature Upload, and Examination Centre Selection
Application Fee: A fee of Rs. 200/- is applicable, except for SC/ST/Female/PwBD candidates who are exempted. The fee can be paid through:
- Cash deposit at any SBI branch
- Net banking from any bank
- Visa/Master/RuPay Credit/Debit Card or UPI Payment
Photograph & Signature Requirements: Candidates must upload scanned copies of their photograph and signature in .jpg format. Each file should be between 20 KB and 300 KB.
Photo ID Requirement: Candidates need to provide details of one valid photo ID from the following options:
- Aadhar Card
- Voter Card (EPIC)
- PAN Card
- Passport
- Driving License
- Any other government-issued photo ID
This ID will be used for future reference, and candidates must carry it to the examination.
Application Timeline: The online application process (Parts I to IV) will be available from 19th February 2025 to 11th March 2025 until 6:00 PM.
