The Rail India Technical and Economic Services Limited, or RITES, has invited applications for positions such as Assistant Highway Engineer, Assistant Bridge/Structural Engineer, and Quality Control Engineer. All these positions are contract-based opportunities for placing qualified candidates from a respected organization within the domain of civil engineering. Applicants for these posts should possess a Diploma, Degree, or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering. For specific application, eligibility is sought but for this post in general, the background must be that of civil engineering experience at work, as mentioned in the job advertisement, will be very important. The salary will increase with higher qualifications and experience, reflective of professional expertise. All documents required as part of the application process will be obtained and presented for verification.
Applications will be screened for eligibility. Shortlisting will be done as per the company's discretion.
Interview will carry 100% weightage, divided as: Technical & Professional proficiency – 65%, Personality, Communication & Competency – 35%. A minimum of 60% marks (50% for reserved categories) is required in the interview to be included in the merit list.
Appointment will be subject to medical fitness as per RITES standards.

Candidates can choose to appear for the interview in either Hindi or English.

Submit your application after filling in the necessary details and keep a copy for selection.
At the time of document verification, carry the following: Resume, passport-size photo, educational certificates, identity proof, PAN card, experience proof, and category certificates (if applicable).
Submit experience certificates or other supporting documents during the document verification process.
Ensure your certificates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) are in the prescribed format, and not older than 12 months (for OBC).
No hard copies of documents should be sent by post. Bring original documents and self-attested copies during the selection process.
