This Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) is an enterprise under Department of Atomic Energy, focused on innovation and indigenization in strategic electronics. ECIL diversified into the areas of Nuclear, Defence, Security, Aerospace, Information Technology, Telecom, and e-governance. ECIL now invites applications for Graduate Engineer Apprentices (GEA) and Diploma Apprentices (TA) through the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 for one-year training at its Hyderabad facility. Interested candidates can apply online, who will adhere to the eligibility criteria, and submit their application before the stipulated date.

Application for the Graduate Engineer Apprentice (GEA) position is eligible to those who have a B.E/B.Tech degree in the relevant engineering discipline. For the TA (diploma apprentice) position, applicants should have completed the Diploma in the relevant branch of engineering. Applicant age will not exceed 25 years by December 31, 2024. Relaxation in age will be given as per rules formulated by the Government. The selected candidates will get the stipend of Rs 9000 per month for GEA and Rs 8000 per month for TA positions.
Interested candidates meeting the required criteria or educational qualifications must register themselves on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) website: www.nats.education.gov.in.
After registering on NATS, candidates should submit their online application through the ECIL website: www.ecil.co.in → ‘Careers’ → ‘Current Job Openings’.
Important Note: Only applications submitted through the ECIL website will be accepted and considered.
Thereafter, print the online registered application form with the system generated application serial number. Jot down this number for reference later. A reprinted copy of the registered application form can be collected before the last date of registration in a system.
The system-generated online application number must be quoted in all future correspondence.
No separate communication will be sent to candidates regarding non-selection at any stage of the engagement process.
Applications with incorrect information are liable to be rejected at any stage. Apprenticeships can also be terminated for any discrepancies found, even after commencement.
No TA/DA will be provided for attending document verification.
The date, time, mode, and venue of document verification will be posted on the ECIL website: www.ecil.co.in.
Based on online application data, candidates will be invited for original document verification at CLDC-ECIL Hyderabad.
